Thank you for shopping at Huma Traders. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy on returns, refunds, and cancellations below.

1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items, such as attars (fragrances) and personal care items (miswak, surma), cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@humatraders.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return policy will apply.
